Abi joined Mi-Soul radio bringing with her; Soul, Funk and entertainment. Her tastes are eclectic but she remains a Soul Girl at heart.
Abi’s career started off nearly 21 years ago performing at ‘Do Me a Favour’ in London’s West End playing a mix of Soul, Jazz Funk, Boogie and Rare groove. This led to her own weekly nights at ‘The Vibe Bar’ and ‘Tongue & Groove’ along with gigs at ‘The Cafe de Paris’.
Since then Abi has also worked for Soul Jazz records playing in the UK and Worldwide. Working in festivals such as; The Montreux Jazz Festival, Womad, The Urban Games, Colores Tenerife and The World Snowboarding Championships.
Abi met Bob Masters in 2013 and has since performed at Revenge of The Soul Boy events. Abi currently has her own monthly night called ‘Body Fusion’ at the Two Floors.
