As the official radio station of Southport Weekender 49 we were fortunate enough to have exclusive access to most of the artists and DJ’s who entertained us all at this years sold out event and made it such a huge hit.Our first interview was with the South Wales native and now Bristol based, soulful house DJ Producer and all round nice guy Sean McCabe. Sean is now a regular on the Southport line up and he skillfully and easily holds his own amongst the other headline DJ’s, enough for Baltimore house legend DJ Spen to quote “Sean McCabe is the hidden gem of the UK soulful house scene” something he should be proud of.Sean was good enough to give us a few minutes of his time and it was great to catch up with him in between his live sets at this years event.
