Steve Nichol is a producer, writer , multi-instrumentalist and founding member of the iconic British soul group Loose Ends.
Since breaking away from Loose Ends, Steve has enjoyed a high profile amongst the Brit soul community and for this, his latest project, he’s working with some of the best musicians- UK-based keyboardist Dimitris Dimopoulos , Shakatak bassist George Anderson and sometime Incognito trumpet man Sid Gauld.
The new EP’s focus track is an urgent contemporary Brit soul groove, ‘What The Heart Wants’, which features a soulful vocal from super sessionist Debby Bracknell.
‘What the heart wants ‘ EP will be released November 22 via Expansion Records.
