This week’s One to Watch comes from ‘The King of Independent Soul’, Cornell ‘CC’ Carter with his amazing new release ‘The Change’.

Cornell , who was born in Berkeley California, and raised in San Francisco, has been recording and performing as a professional singer and songwriter for many years. He has shared the stage as an opening act with the legendary James Brown, Ray Charles, Sly and the Family Stone and many more. He has also had the honour of recording and performing with Grammy Award Winning Producer and close friend Narada Michael Walden as well as the legendary Carlos Santana to name a few. His soulful sound comes from a gifted vocal range that goes from baritone to first tenor.

This single was launched at his first sell out London date in February at Pizza Express and is commercially released in March on Expansion Records .
