Leee John from the legendary band, Imagination, swings by HQ to chat to Stretch Taylor on #GhettoHeaven on 2nd May ahead of his new album release, Retropia.

Imagination were, without doubt, one of the most unique, genre defining and flamboyant soul groups of the past three decades. With hits such as ‘Body Talk’  ‘Flashback’ and ‘Just An Illusion’, they swept the nation in the early eighties and Hackney-born, Leee John hasn’t really stopped since then. He continues to release music, perform with both Imagination and his Jazz quartet and he is also an ambassador to SOS Children’s Villages, an international orphan charity providing homes and mothers for orphaned and abandoned children. He currently supports the charity’s annual World Orphan Week campaign which takes place each February.
