This Friday is Purple Day on Mi-Soul

Tune in to hear a Prince track on the top of the hour, every hour from 7am-7pm this Friday.

It is one-year since the irreplaceable, uninhibited musical pioneer Prince passed away.

To mark the occasion and celebrate his legacy, Mi-Soul Radio will be sprinkling his musical genius across the airwaves in celebration of his unique mastery. April 21st will now forever be a Purple Day.

We would like to pleasantly distract you from the barrage of opinion and Prince-related, negative, carnage that is flying around at this time and in true Mi-Soul style, bring it back to what actually matters; his indelible music.

We would love to know your best-loved tracks from his extensive back catalogue so get in touch via Facebook and Twitter for a Purple Day shout out.

Ronnie will also be delivering an extra special PURPLE #Mixat20toSix on #MiDrive so watch out for that and join us on air, all day from seven till seven, while we are all reminded of his true expression and purpose on earth.
