Josh Emman is a talented producer from the UK who is destined for greatness in the music world. Josh grew up with music and in recording studios – his father was a regular performer on the Midlands Reggae scene in the 80’s and 90’s and his uncles are lovers of many genres including Soul, Disco, Jazz, Rare Groove, Motown, Two-Tone, 80’s Soul, Electro and Rave. From a very young age, he avidly watched his family and friends recording, mixing, producing and crafting chart hits, and it was only natural that he would progress to become a DJ/Producer himself.  Josh has played keyboards since childhood and entered his first DJ competition at the age of 16. Naturally, he walked away with the trophy, and the prize included the unmissable opportunity to DJ in Seattle, which he accomplished with great enthusiasm and flair.Now hungry for more, and keen to polish his skills further, Josh left school to study Music Technology and Sound Engineering at college. He immersed himself in the dance music scene, frequenting clubs such as Hacienda, Sankeys, Canal Club, and was a regular at nights such as Hard Times. At the tender age of 18 he made several guest appearances as a DJ/presenter on a national radio station and has since presented on various pirate radio stations. His impressive CV includes international gigs as well as a residency at Brixton’s Babalou, and playing sets at Turnmills, Ministry of Sound, Bournemouth’s Opera House, and The End.Josh is a producer who strives for sound quality and perfection, and he avidly absorbs knowledge wherever he can by studying others in the business who have inspired and influenced him. He has produced a signature soulful sound which is the backdrop to many of his productions.Asha Edmund is a Soul chantress from Singapore who has sung at major sports events, appeared in musical theatre, and captivated the nation with her performance at Singapore’s National Day. She released her first single in 2009 called ‘Oblivion’ with Swedish duo Sumo, and has followed up with a further three releases. Multi-talented Asha graduated in drama, and has been recognised with various music awards in her home country.‘Stay’ is the first collaboration between Josh and Asha. Asha’s hauntingly beautiful vocals really draw the listener into the lyrics which may tell the story of a longing for physical love, but could also have a deeper spiritual meaning to them. Her vocals are clean, sweet and distinctive, complementing the accomplished production of this track perfectly. The lively House beat will keep the dance floor bouncing, while the catchy keys and gorgeously delicate strings keep the listener enthralled throughout.
